Shipping and delivery
Last updated 15 September 2026
Voxden is software you download. There is nothing to ship, no parcel to track and no delivery address to give, so no shipping charge is ever added to what you pay.
Getting the app
The installer is a free download from the download page, and every version that has ever shipped stays on the releases page. Voxden runs on Windows. Download it, run the installer, and sign in once at first launch; the Free plan works immediately, with no card and nothing to wait for.
Once installed, the app updates itself. You do not need to come back here for a new version.
Getting Pro
Pro is bought from Plans & billing inside the app, not from this website. Payment is handled by Razorpay in India and by Lemon Squeezy everywhere else; Voxden never sees your card details.
Delivery is electronic and immediate. When the payment succeeds, the provider confirms it to the Voxden account service and Pro is switched on for the email address your account is under, normally within a few seconds and in any case within a few minutes. There is no separate licence key to wait for and nothing arrives by post or by email that you need to act on.
Pro follows the account, not the machine. Sign in on another Windows PC and Pro is already there.
If Pro does not switch on
If a payment has left your account and the app still shows the Free plan after a few minutes, sign out and back in from Settings first, which re-reads the plan. If it is still wrong, open the Help menu and choose Feedback or bug report, or open an issue at github.com/sounak1125/voxden/issues, and include the email address on the account and the date of the payment.
A payment that leaves your account without Pro being activated is refunded in full, with no time limit and no usage condition. That is set out on the refunds and cancellation page.
Where Voxden is available
Voxden can be downloaded and used anywhere. Pro is priced in rupees for accounts placed in India and in dollars everywhere else, following the country your account is placed in when you first sign in.
