Voxden is made by one person, so every message lands with the person who wrote the code. Pick whichever of these fits what you need.
Report a bug or ask for a feature
Open the Help menu in Voxden and choose Feedback or bug report. It creates a ticket that the maker reads, with the app version, engine and plan attached if you leave that box ticked, so a crash can be traced without a round of questions.
Type your email address into the box and the reply comes back to you.
Source and releases
Voxden is developed in the open. The repository holds the code and the issue tracker, and every installer that has ever shipped stays on the releases page with its notes.
Billing and account
Cancel Pro yourself from Plans & billing in the app: it keeps working to the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is charged.
For anything else — a charge you do not recognise, a refund, deleting an account — use Feedback in the app and include the email address the account is under.
