Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 14 September 2026
Voxden Pro is a monthly subscription you can stop yourself at any time. This page says exactly when money comes back and how long it takes.
Cancelling Pro
Open Plans & billing inside the app and cancel the renewal. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. Because that time stays yours, there is no partial refund for the days left in a period you cancel.
Your first Pro payment
If Pro turns out not to be for you, the first Pro payment on an account is refunded in full when both of these are true:
- You ask within 7 days of that payment.
- You have used less than 60 minutes of cloud dictation in that time.
Pro ends on the account when the refund is issued, and the Free plan carries on working as before.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. The next renewal date is shown in Plans & billing, so cancel before that date if you do not want another month.
Failed and duplicate charges
A charge taken twice for the same month, a charge taken after you cancelled, and a payment that left your account without Pro being activated are all refunded in full. No time limit and no usage condition applies to these.
How to ask
Open the Help menu in Voxden and choose Feedback or bug report, which goes straight to the person who makes the app, or open an issue at github.com/sounak1125/voxden/issues. Include the email address on the account and the date of the payment, so the charge can be found. Feedback sent from inside the app is private; a GitHub issue is public, so keep anything you would rather not publish for the reply.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the original payment method, never anywhere else: through Razorpay for payments made in India and through Lemon Squeezy everywhere else. Voxden never holds your card details. Once a refund is issued it usually appears within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
